2)Sleep Mocle Selling The slccp mode can be set by wriLing Lhe code "I" (H level) to the Sleep bit or the serial data. The sleep mode perrorms output inuting, stop Lhe internal clock, stop the memory operzition and put a low current conSL"nption mocle. Normally, this Sleep bit must be "0" (1 level). In order to avoid the shock noise output when the sleep mocle released, mLite runction Lising is recommended.
NOTES: 1. "H" = VIH, "L" = VIL, "X" = Don't Care. 2. Read and write operations are controlled by the appropriate setting of R/W, CEo, CEi, BEn and OE. 3. Outputs are in Pipelined mode: the data out will be delayed by one cycle. 4. ADS and CNTRST are independent of all other memory control signals including CEo, CEi and BEn 5. The address counter advances if ~NTEN = VIL on the rising edge of CLK, regardless of all other memory control signals including CEo, CEi, BEn
voltage HVc is clamped at an internally set value Vcl, typically 360V. The transition from saturation to desatu ration, coil current limiting phase, must have the ability to accomodate an overvoltage. A maximum overshoot of 20V is allowed. FEEDBACK When the collector current exceeds 6.5A, the feedback signal is turned high and it remains so, until the input voltage is turned-off. OVERVOLTAGE The VB026SP can withstand the following transients of the battery line: -100V/2msec (Ri = 10 I ) +100V/0.2msec (Ri = 10 I ) +50V/400msec(Ri = 4.2 I , with VIN = 3 V)
