22N63 Datasheet
READY is available as an open-collector indicator of the device's RESET status; it is driven Low while the device is in its POWER-ON RESET cycle and released (tri-stated) when the cycle is complete. There are two different ways to use the inputs CE and OE, as shown in the AC Characteristics waveforms.

The REF-03 provides astable+2.5V output voltage with min- imal dependence on load current, line voltage or tempera- ture. This voltage is typically used to set an absolute refer- ence point in data conversion circuits, or in analog circuits such as log amps, 4-20mA transmitters and power supplies. The REF-03 is of particular value in systems requiring a precision reference using a single +5V supply rail. Because an onboard operational amplifier is used to amplify the basic bandgap cell voltage t0 2.5V, supply decoupling is critical to the transient performance of a voltage reference. The supply line should be bypassed with a 10vF tantalum capacitor in parallel with a O.OlpF to O.lruF ceramic capacitor for best results as shown in Figure l. For less critical condi- tions, a single O.lruF capacitor is adequate. The bypass capacitors should be located as close to the reference as possible. Inadequate bypassing can lead to instabilities.
