46105C Datasheet I Features . * High speed switching * High collector-base voltage (VCBO) * Low collector-emitter saturation voltage (VCE (saL ~ "Full Pack" package for simplified mounting on a heat sink with one screw 46105C Price sample-and-hold amplifier. It communicates over three syn- chronous SPI/SSI serial output and one input ports. The VECANA01 0perates on external clock that also determines the output data rate (see Figure 2). 46105C on stock Standby. When Chip Enable is High, VIH, the memory enters Standby mode and the Data In- puts/Outputs pins are placed in the high-imped- ance state. To reduce the Supply Current to the Standby Supply Current, ICC2, Chip Enable should be held within Vcc+ 0.2V. For the Standby current level see Table 14, DC Characteristics. During program or erase operations the memory will continue to use the Program/Erase Supply Current, ICC3, for Program or Erase operations un- til the operation completes.
Modern microprocessors produce transient load rates above lA/ns. High frequency capacitors initially supply the tran- sient and slow the current load rate seen by the bulk capaci- tors. The bulk filter capacitor values are generally determined by the ESR (effective series resistance) and volt- age rating requirements rather than actual capacitance requirements. |
