AD1849KP/JP Datasheet
AD1849KP/JP on stock In private communications most of AMD's major customers in Europe (Siemens, Nortel, Ericsson, etal.) have indicated that they have internal programs for the development of Pb-free solder processes. The extent and status of these programs is not completely clear, but these companies are clearly driven by both the WEEE/ROHS directive s Features q Satisfactory foward current transfer ratio hFE vs. collector cur- rent Ic characteristics q Wide area of safe operation (ASO) q High transition frequency fT q Optimum for the output stage ofa HiFi audio amplifier Light Detection Area The light detection area in P-series imagers is a linear array of contiguous pinned photodiodes on 14 Um centers. These photodiodes are constructed using PerkinElmer's advanced photo- diode design that extends short-wave- length sensitivity into the deep UV below 250 nm, while preserving 100% fill factor and delivering extremely low image lag. This unique design also avoids polysilicon layers in the light detection area that reduces the quantum efficiency of most CCD imagers. The P-series imagers are sup- plied with glass windows for general visible use, and fused silica windows for use in the ultraviolet below 350 nm. See Figure 2 for the sensitivity and window transmission curves. |
