AD594TD/883B on stock \ n o r n o \ t i o \ n o h l N r I 7 ( O o / L u d d ) a a L a W O N a L O a Auto Zero Phase (AZ) This phase compensates for errors due to buffer, inte- g ratorand comparatoroffset voltages. During this phase,an internal feedback loop forces a compensating error voltage on auto zero capacitor (CAZ). The duration of the AZ phase is programmable via the serial port (see also Programming AZ and INT Phase Duration paragraph of this document).
