AD621SQ Datasheet 8 ~ R o \ n " J _ : : g 0 8 8 0 o o o V t u - l u a j m o i o l o a I I o j - J I AD621SQ Price - Differential video output to cancel clock switching tran- sients and fixed pattern noise (FPN) . Low output capacitance for low noise - High saturation charge for wide dynamic range . Antiblooming function for high-contrast images * Line Reset Mode for simultaneous reset of all photodiodes ' Wide spectral response - Choice of quartz window or fiber optic faceplate (LCC package has quartz window, only) - On-chip diodes (two) for temperature monitoring AD621SQ on stock The via pattern used for the RFMD qualification is based on thru-hole vias with 0.203mm t0 0.330mm finished hole size on a 0.5mm t0 1.2mm grid pattern with 0.025mm plating on via walls. If micro vias are used in a design, it is suggested that the quantity of vias be increased by a 4:1 ratio to achieve similar results. The basic LTC3717 application circuit is shown in Figure l. External component selection is primarily deter- mined by the maximum load current and begins with the selection of the sense resistance and power MOSFET switches. The LTC3717 uses the on-resistance of the syn- chronous power MOSFET for determining the inductor current. The desired amount of ripple current and operating frequency largely determines the inductor value. Finally, CIN is selected for its ability to handle the large RMS current into the converter and COUT is chosen with low enough ESR to meet the output voltage ripple and transient specification. |
