All 16 mode combinations are acceptable, e.g. ESC - OE (hex) = double width, double height, graphics, text mode. Mode zero is assumed on reset anq power up which is also the ESC,OO sequence. BITS 5 & 6 0f the "mode code" are not read and can therefore be l or 0, thus any ASCII code with bits o t0 3 in the correct combination for t:he desired mode code can be used.
