MBM29LV400BCS-70KGD-20PI Datasheet The user selects an external resistor (RT) and capaci- tor (C-r) to determine the time period (toff = RT'CT) during which the drivers remain disabled (see "RC Fixed OFF Time" below). At the end of the RTC-r interval, the drivers are re-enabled allowing the load current to increase again The PWM cycle repeats, maintaining the load current at the desired value (see figure 2). MBM29LV400BCS-70KGD-20PI Price The converter can be turned off by pulling SHDN (pin 3) high. Quiescent current drops t0 10cct\ in this condition. Bias current of 80cie. t0 10 flows into the pin (at 5V input). It is recommended that SHDN not be left floating. Tie the pin to ground if thefeature is not used.SHDN can be driven high even if VIN iS floating. MBM29LV400BCS-70KGD-20PI on stock The MAX767 converts a 4.5V t0 5.5V input to a 3.3V output. Its load capability depends on external compo- nents and can exceed 10A. The 3.3V output is generat- ed by a current-mode, pulse-width-modulation (PWM) step-down regulator. The PWM regulator operates at either 200kHz or 300kHz, with a corresponding trade- off between somewhat higher efficiency (200kHz) and smaller external component size (300kHz). The MAX767 also has a 3.3V, 5mA reference voltage. Fault- protection circuitry shuts off the output should the refer- ence lose regulation or the input voltage go below 4V (nominally).
