MC1447P Datasheet The resonator consists of inductor Li and the series connec- tion of capacitor C13, the internal capacitance, the capaci- tance of the varactor and C35 in parallel with Di. The capacitance of the varactor (Di) decreases as the input voltage increases. The VCO frequency will therefore in- crease as the input voltage increases. The VCO has a positive gain (MHzNolt). C35 is added, if necessary, to bring VCO tuning voltage to its middle range or VCC/2, which is measured at Pin 9 - CMPOUT. MC1447P Price internally set at 70V, along with the rugged avalanche characteristics of the Power MOSFET stage give this device unrivalled ruggedness and energy handling capability. This feature is mainly important when driving inductive loads. MC1447P on stock tPR = 15 ms + 3*tBBC Sleep and Wake-Up Timing The maximum transition time from the receive mode to the power-down (sleep) mode tRS iS 10 pS after CNTRLl and CNTRLO are both low (1 ps fall time). The maximum transition time tSR from the sleep mode to the receive mode is 3*tBBC, where tBBC iS the BBOUT-CMPIN coupling-capacitor time constant. When the operating temperature is limited t0 60 0C, the time required to switch from sleep to receive is dramatically less for short sleep times, as less charge leaks away from the BBOUT- CMPIN coupling capacitor.
