The pPort Saver memory outputs data within 25ns of an active read signal. This is less than the read access time of most hosts and provides "no-wait-state" operation. This prevents bottlenecks on the bus. With rates t0 10 MHz, the pPort Saver supplies data faster than required by most host read cycle specifications. This eliminates the need for software NOPs.

The LP62S16128C-T is a low operating current 2,097,152-bit static random access memory organized as 131,072 words by 16 bits and operates on low power voltage from 2.7V t0 3.6V. It is built using AMIC's high performance CMOS process. Inputs and three-state outputs are TTL compatible and allow for direct interfacing with common system bus structures. The chip enable input is provided for POWER-DOWN, device enable. Two byte enable inputs and an output enable input are included for easy interfacing. Data retention is guaranteed at a power supply voltage as low as 2V.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION The 74HC/HCT7541 are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices and are pin compatible with low power Schottky TTL tLSTTL). They are specified in compliance with JEDEC standard no. 7A The 74HC/HCT7541 are octal Schmitt trigger non-inverting buffer/line drivers with 3-state outputs. The 3-state outputs are controlled by the output enable inputs OEl and OE2. A HIGH on OEn causes the outputs t assume a high impedance OFF-state.
