N80C930AD3 on stock The LT1521 is a 300mA low dropout regulator with micropower quiescent current and shutdown. The device is capable of supplying 300mA at a dropout of 0.5V and operates with ve ry low quiescent current (1 2cd\). In shut- down, the quiescent current drops to only 60cA. In addition to the low quiescent current, the LT1521 incorporates Erase All Upon receiving an ERAL command, the CS (Chip Select) pin must be deselected fora minimum of250ns (tCSMIN).The falling edge ofCS will start the self clocking clear cycle of all memory locations in the device. The clocking of the SK pin is not necessary after the device has entered the self clocking mode. The ready/busy status of the S93662/663 can be determined by select- ing the device and polling the DO pin. Once cleared, the contents of all memory bits return to a logical "1" state. |
