N82S23-BEA Datasheet The LT0694-3.3/LTC695-3.3 usea bandgap voltage refer- ence and a precision voltagecomparator Cl to monitor the 3.3V supplyinput on Voc (see Block Diagram). When Vcc falls below the reset voltage threshold, the RESEI- output is forced to active low state. The reset voltage threshold accounts for a10% variation on Vcc, so the RESEI- output becomes active low when Voc falls below 3.OV (2.9V typical). On power-up, the RES signal is held activelow for a minimum of 140ms after reset voltage threshold is reached to allow the power supply and microprocessor to stabilize. Thereset activetimeis adj ustableon theLT0695- 3.3. On power-down, the RESsignal remains activelow even with Vcc as low as lV. This capability helps hold the microprocessor in stable shutdown condition. Figure 1 shows the timing diagram of the RESEI- signal. N82S23-BEA Price Fixed Off-Time Selection. With increasing values of tOFF switching losses will decrease, low-level load current regulation will improve, EMI will be reduced, the PWM frequency will decrease, and ripple current will increase. The value of tOFF can be chosen for optimization of these parameters. For applications where audible noise is a concern, typical values of tOFF are chosen to be in the range of 15 t0 356.
