N93C86ALM8 Datasheet
N93C86ALM8 Price The two diodes provide the thermal tracking needed for thermally stable operation. One diode compensates for the RF transistor's base-emitter junction in the 20-28. By mounting the 20-28 in thermal contact with the power transistor, the other diode can compensate for the power devices base-emitter junction. The diodes are fabricated with the same technology as the RF power transistor for improved thermal stability. N93C86ALM8 on stock Decouple the output of the UC385 with at least 100 LLF of high quality tantalum or Sanyo OSCON capacitors close to the VOUT pin for maximum stability. Many applications involving ultrafast GTL or BTL applications require additional capacitance close to the load. The exact amount will vary according to speed and magnitude of the load transients and the tolerance allowed for transients on VOUT. When specifying the decoupling capacitors, the series resistance of the capacitor bank is an important factor in its ability to filter load transients. Absolute Maximum Ratings . Supply voltage VDD GND - 0.3 to +7.0 . Supply voltage VL GND to -10 . Supply voltage VH VL + 26 * Input voltage VIN GND - 0.3V to VDD + 0.3 . Operating temperature Topr -20 to +75 . Storage temperature Tstg -55 to +1 50 |
