PC28F128J3A-125 Datasheet
PC28F128J3A-125 Price The internal reference voltage for the regulation is programmed by the voltage identification (VID) pins. These are TTL compatible inputs of an internal DAC that is realized by means of a series of resistors providing a par- tition of the internal voltage reference. The VID code drives a multiplexer that selects a voltage on a precise point of the divider. The DAC output is delivered to an amplifier obtaining the VPROG voltage reference (i.e. the set-point of the error amplifier). Internal pull-ups are provided (realized with a 5ccA current generator); in this way, to program a logic "1" it is enough to leave the pin floating, while to program a logic "0" it is enough to short the pin to GND. PC28F128J3A-125 on stock The digital input has a +0.8V logic-low threshold and a +2.OV logic-high threshold, ensuring +3V TTL and CMOS-Iogic compatibility. The DG417L/DG418L/ DG419L are available in a tiny 8-pin pMAX, 8-pin SO, or convenient 8-pin plastic DIP. All products are rated at the extended temperature range of -400C to +850C.
