QSB201-20JR on stock Open-drain outp ut pins on FLEX 10KE devices (with a pull-up resistor to the 5.O-V supply) can drive 5.O-V CMOS input pins that require a VIH of 3.5 V. When the op en-d rain pin is active, it will d rive low . When the pin is inactive, the trace will be pulled up t0 5.0 V by the resistor. The open-drain pin will only drive low or tri-state; it will never drive high. The rise time is dep endent on the value ofthe pull-up resistor and load im p edance. The IOL current specification should be considered when selecting a pull-up resistor. Projects 'touch-key' sense fields through any non-conductive panel (plastic, glass, ceramic, stone...) up t0 0.25" thick (6.35 mm) to create a keypanel with no moving parts. The QT60040 IC is fully self-calibrating and can deal with virtually any nonconductive panel material. individual key sizes can even be varied within a panel to create a wide mix of large and small keys of various shapes. |
