RT2571WF on stock
The LNA section of the TQ5622 are cascaded common source FET's, see Figure l. It is designed to operate on DC supply voltages from 2.7V t0 5V. The source terminal must be grounded as close as possible to Pin l to avoid significant gain reduction due to degeneration. The LNA requires an input matching circuit to obtain best noise figure, gain and return loss The LNA output is close t0 50 Q for direct connection to a 50 Q image reject filter.
Pin 6: IF Amplifier Output Pin 6 is the open drain output of the IF amplifier FET, and is matched extemally t0 50 0hms using L2, C2, C3 and C4. The impedance looking from the Pin 6 is plotted over the IF frequency range in Figure l. Capacitor C2 is an IF frequency bypass capacitor. Inductor L2, in association with capacitors C3 and C4, forms a low impedance transformer, and acts as an RF choke for the DC supply lines. In addition, C3 also acts as DC blocking capacitor for the IF output.
