DR4T,DR4F Bits for framing (recognizing) a ROWA or ROWR packet. Also encodes highest device address bit.
DR3..DRO Device address for ROWA or ROWR packet.
BR4..BRO Bank address for ROWA or ROWR packet. RsvB denotes bits ignored by the RDRAM device.
Selects between ROWA packet (AV=1) and ROWR packet (AV=O).
R8RO Row address for ROWA packet. RsvR denotes bits ignored by the RDRAM device.

SL-132-TT-11 on stock
The 2SD2162 is a Darlington power transistor that can directly drive from the lC output. This transistor is ideal for motor drivers and solenoid drivers in such as OA and FA equipment. In addition, a small resin-molded insulation type package contributes to high-density mounting and reduction of mounting cost.
Output modules accept o to +10V (or +10V) single-ended signals and provide an isolated 4-20 mA (or 0-20 mA) process signal. All modules feature a universal pin-out and may be readily hot-swapped under full power and interchanged without disrupting field wiring.
