The PVM-4140 is a compact, OEM-style pulse generator module producing fast, high voltage wave forms to 3,OOOV. Optimized for high impedance capacitive loads, the PVM-4140 is well suited for driving extraction grids and deflection plates for electrostatic modulation of parti- cle beams in time-of-flight mass spectrometers and accel- erators. Its robust and versatile design also makes it well suited for pulsing or gating power tube grids, Pockels cells and Q Switches, acoustic transducers, microchannel plates, photomultiplier tubes and image intensifiers. The exceptional pulse fidelity of the PVM-4140 will optimize the performance of any system in which it is used.

RFM's amplifier-sequenced hybrid (ASH) transceiver is specifically designed for short-range wireless data communication applications. The transceiver provides robust operation, very small size, low power consumption and low implementation cost. All critical RF functions are contained in the hybrid, simplifying and speeding de- sign-in. The ASH transceiver can be readily configured to support a wide range of data rates and protocol requirements. The transceiver features excellent suppression of transmitter harmonics and virtually no RF emissions when receiving, making it easy to certify to short- range (unlicensed) radio regulations.

Symbol Function
TONE Dual Tone Multi-frequency output pin. In TONE mode, when a entry of digit key (include * , # key), this pin will sent out a corresponding DTMF signal. The TONE pin provides minimum tone duration (tm)'& minimum intertone pause time to support rapid key-in. Ifkey-in time is less than tTD ' DTMF signal will last for trD ' otherwise the tone duration will last as long as the key is pressed.
HFI Handfree input control pin. Toggle input sturcture, falling edge trigger. It is used to enable and disable Handfree function. With waveshaped by a built-in Schmit trigger, the bounce ofinput can be eliminated by external R, C debounce circuit. A built-in pull up resistor is 200K typical.
HFO Handfree output pin. Inverter output structure (normally "low", active "high"). When a HFI pin is active, Handfree function will be enabled (HFO=1) or disabled (HFO=O). When the Handfree function is enable (HFO=1), after OFF-HOOK action, it can reset Handfree function and HFO pin return to "low" state.
