Segment decoding within each device prowdas for tha ASOl character set (upper case only). No axternal dnve circuitry Ls required for disp~ays that operate on 20 ma of driw current up t0 50 \rolts. A 16 x 64-brt segment decoder provides internal ASCII character set decoding for the display. To have a good approximation of the remaining voltages at both Vi/o side, we provide the typical dynamical resistance value Rd. By taking into account the following hypothesis: Rg > Rd and Rload > Rd we have: V(i lo)= VBR + Rd x The results of the calculation done Vg = 8kV, Rg = 330I (IEC61000-4-2 standard), VBR = 6.1V (min) and Rd = 1.1 I (typ.) give: V(i / o) = 32,8Volts |
