TPS7201QDG4 Price Inputs and outputs are protected against electrostatic discharges in normal handling. However, to be totally safe, it is advisable to take handling precautions appropriate to handling MOS devices. Advice can be found in "Data Handbook IC16, General, Handling MOS Devices". TPS7201QDG4 on stock LTC1 345 transmitter outputs and receiver inputs have on- chip protection from multiple +lOkV ESD transients. ESD testing is done using the Human Body ESD Model. ESD testing must be done with an AC ground on the Vcc and VEE supply pins. The low ESR supply decoupling and VEE reservoir capacitors provide this AC ground du ring normal operation.
